The Resource Network is a membership organization that supports those interested in personal growth and transformational work and wish to be in partnership with others who have similar interests. It is a part of Resource Realizations, Inc., a company of passionate individuals dedicated to supporting professional and personal growth and empowering individuals, organizations and families.
The purpose of the Resource Network is to support the growth needs of individuals by providing opportunities for developing and sharing important resources. This Website brings all the Network’s offerings together in one easy-to-access place and links to other Resource Realizations products and programs. Here you will find the latest edition of the monthly Resource Connector, with its timely announcements of the latest Resource Realization programs and news about Resource Network offerings. You will also find the latest from our Power Partner Program with its special arrangements and discounts with other businesses; our Humanitarian Service Program with information about innovative service opportunities that are making a difference in our world; our monthly Network Buddylink conference calls, a place to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones while discussing a provocative theme or books and our Membership Services Division, bringing you more information about the benefits of becoming a Resource Network member and assisting members with any membership questions or problems they may have. The RR Leadership Program Effectiveness and commitment to growth and personal improvement are increasingly important in today's fast paced life. Learning to work together generating results at a peer level requires effective communication, shared purpose and values, trust, and personal integrity while holding people accountable for results that are created. These are the skills of leadership. The Leadership Program provides an opportunity for individuals to be coached on the key distinctions of leadership. Coaching is "real time" not theory or assessment. Coaching on leadership is having the benefit of someone standing together with you and committed to your success. This is a powerful ten week program to be coached to create EXTRA-ordinary results in your life! The 10-week Leadership Program consists of two training weekends - The first weekend is lead by a Master Coach providing training on communications skills, value based living, life balance, setting priorities and working with others in ways that create true partnership and accountability. Throughout the following 10-weeks each participant works with a Certified Performance Coach to identify and achieve specific goals important to them. A coaching plan is created for each participant and used as a guide to acknowledge progress and results. Goals created may focus on personal growth, health, career and family. The second weekend is about completion, reviewing and acknowledge results created as a means to learn valuable lessons. Additional material on understanding different personality styles as a means to work more effectively with others and creating a plan to move forward that is aligned with values and vision.
