Andrea is a professional coach with an extensive background. She has 17 years experience in the banking industry and is highly trained in Customer Service, which makes her masterful in creating rapport with clients. Andrea has spent the last three years building her coaching business that she owns together with her husband.
Andrea passionately believes that ongoing, positive challenging of beliefs and perspectives are vital to maintaining the essential energy and the motivation for continued excellence. She just completed a year being on Faculty for QC1, mentoring and coaching 32 individuals in certifying as a Performance Coaches. This experience allowed her to be rigorous in applying the principles of coaching according to the ICF standards.
Her professional background in banking, coupled with her experience coaching qualifies her to assist coaches launching and building their own successful businesses.
