Cami graduated from the coaching academy in 2008. She then spent one year on the faculty mentoring the participants in the 2009 coaching academy. At the same time, she created a coaching practice focused on coaching attorneys to work/life balance, going into law firms and coaching to, and speaking on, communication, trust, accountability and time management. She has also written articles for a northern California legal magazine, Plaintiff, on issues that arise in law practices. She practiced law for 16 years before she started the coaching academy. So she has created a niche that works well for her where she can do what she loves, coach to what she knows, and have credibility with her clients. This history has given her a lot of knowledge to draw on for marketing and starting a new business. That is why she is excited to be a part of mentoring new coaches to begin their practices. Cami believes your coaching practice will be as prosperous and as abundant as you choose it to be. The possibilities are endless.
