Seeking and discovering passion, balance, joy and looking for possibilities are the cornerstones of Candy’s coaching style. She has over 35 years of health care experience both as a clinician, and as a leader in different management roles. Five years ago she began her coaching business working in Leadership Coaching, Relationship and Individual Coaching and as an NLP Staff Coach.
Candy’s clients speak to her persistence, her stand for them, her compassion as well as her rigor. She has staffed seven different Leadership Programs and has been the Area Coordinator of three. Candy’s concentration in Leadership Coaching is a result of her love of watching individuals begin with only a dream, and then move beyond what they thought was possible in only 10 weeks. She particularly loves to work with individuals who have decided to strengthen their relationship with themselves. One of Candy’s special areas of interest is coaching individuals around the legacy they want to leave behind, exploring with her clients how they intend to make a positive impact in the world.
