His experience is founded in genuine creativeness and curiosity that has produced results such as: Inventions, Small Business Creation, Musical Composition and successful years as a Professional Coach. Gary has over 17 years working in corporate America building teams, inventing new products and creating working plans and procedures for the many businesses he worked in. Leaving the corporate arena in 2003, Gary created his own company Redwood State Properties and is the acting CEO today. Gary is also the founder of Quantum Results Coaching in San Jose CA.
