Experience

Ginny is a powerful professional coach who is passionate about partnering with individuals and families who are interested in beginning a personal growth journey and being proactive in their life, relationships and futures.  She has over 19 years experience in Corporate America, with 17 of those years in the area of Human Resources with emphasis in Employee Benefits and Employee Assistance Plans and Services.  Regularly referenced in her Management Reviews was her effectiveness in empowering employees and their family members in understanding and using their benefit plans.  After choosing to leave Corporate American, Ginny applied her strong interpersonal skills in her position as Founding Administrator for her parish parochial elementary school.  Ginny has spent the past 3 years furthering her personal and professional development while establishing her successful coaching practice.  During the first year of her coaching practice, she continued to hold her position at the school in support of not having the Founding Principal and herself leaving at the end of the same school year.  For the last 9 months, Ginny has also brought her strong administrative and organizations skills, along with her beautiful professionalism, into Resource Realizations as the Resource Virtual Administrator. 

Ginny is a highly flexible person who stands for her clients’ declarations and dreams while holding the space to assist clients in accepting and embracing that the journey towards and the achievement of their dreams can look many ways.  Clients in relationship with Ginny quickly experience that she is committed to their success, creates rapport with ease, and challenges them to expand the way in which they see and interpret the world. Her clients love being in exploration of the possibilities and realizing the abundance of possibilities that exist and are so easily overlooked.

Clients who are ready to get on the playing field called “Life” love and are inspired by Ginny’s call to action and always holding the vision her clients have declared to create.  She initially built her coaching business on a part-time basis and has successfully grown her business by more than 30% each year.

Ginny’s areas of expertise include:  Individual Performance Coaching with people taking on a personal development journey, Family Coaching targeted to families with children under the age of 13, Dream Coaching in Christian groups and Development and Facilitation of Retreat Days for middle school youth preparing for high school.
