Kathy is a committed, passionate and results-based coach. She believes in the promise of each person to achieve the results they declare. Kathy has been a Certified Coach for 6 years, during which time she has developed her own coaching business. Prior to becoming a coach, Kathy taught upper elementary-aged students for 20 years. During that time, she held several leadership positions and served as a mentor to the new teachers.
In the past six years, Kathy has coached extensively in the family domain. She has worked with families on communication, consistency and values. Kathy has coached 3 Leadership Programs, working with individuals on a variety of goals, from personal to relationship to business. She has worked with new coaches, supporting them in developing their coaching practices. Kathy has served as the National Coach Coordinator for the Premier Affiliated Coaches. Most recently, Kathy became a Certified Facilitative Coach/Facilitator.
Kathy believes that goal-setting is the key for success. “Clarity of purpose, creating a vision, aligning goals and taking action is what works!” And anything is possible.
