She has over 15 years experience in corporate America as a Managing Director in Information Technology, Process Improvement and Corporate Training/Mentoring. Additionally, she has spent the last two years creating her own coaching business, Results Based Coaching. Margee has a thoughtful, curious style which allows her to easily create rapport with colleagues and clients.
Margee is an out-of-the-box thinker who helps her clients discover unique and powerful strategies for success by illuminating their potential. She initially built her coaching business on a part-time basis taking it from start up to 18 paying clients in the first year.
