Michele is a creative professional coach. She has over 20 years experience in corporate America with 7 of those years managing teams of individuals who communicate in their own unique styles! Additionally, she has spent the last three years creating her own coaching business, Waypoint Coaching. Michele has a calm, curious style which allows her to easily create rapport with clients.
Michele assists her clients in designing unique strategies for success by highlighting their strengths. The first year she built her coaching business serving as a faculty coach for student coaches, coaching two Leadership Programs, and 10 private clients.
