Barbara Fagan has worked as a master coach within the U.S. and international businesses community for the past seventeen years. She has coached professionals involved in early stage business development as well as those managing major change initiatives. In 1987 she co-founded The Coaching Company in San Francisco. Her purpose in coaching was to draw upon her twenty years of experience as a senior level manager, to assist others in achieving their goals. She has been awarded the Marketing Models of Excellence Award for “continuous achievement in generating top performance teams in marketing and customer service support groups”.
During her corporate career she was responsible for marketing and sales of products generating over $250 million annually and managing an advertising budget of over $5 million dollars. Barbara was involved in the strategic planning process associated with the telecommunication divestiture. She has also successfully lead engineering, operations and system development teams during periods of major technology change.
Because of her extensive business background she is an excellent facilitator and coach for organizations and individuals involved in the process of change and growth. She works closely with clients to assist in defining business imperatives; the desired culture and values, a communication process that assures clarity and alignment, and a well formed plan to support purpose and achievement of desired goals. In the 90’s with the rapid technological advancement occurring, she became know as an expert coach in managing the “Generation X“ work force.
As a member of such organizations as the American Society for Training and Development, International Coaching Federation, International Association of Coaches and a past board member of the California Association of Student Councils, he SOCAL Technology Advisory board and the United States Teen Mentoring Program, she is committed to coaching the next generation of leaders.
A part of the Premier team she provides both facilitation and coaching of individuals to assist them in living a life aligned with their purpose. She brings a new level of education and learning to individuals associated with the program. She is instrumental in certifying coaches that are a part of the Family Coaching Resource program.

My background: I currently live in Columbia City, Oregon with my loving partner Lynn. I originally grew up in California, the youngest of 3 children. I am the mother of two wonderful adult sons. I have also worked 18 years in the manufacturing environment for the same company to date in holding various positions from: purchasing, human resources, planning, sales, and new products development/coordinator to management. I am a practicing massage therapist for over 11 years now. It was the gift of my younger son that brought me to being a coach. Upon his turning 14 years old, I discovered drug use and other non-working choices. In the pursuit to save his life, he indeed was saving mine. We began the journey in December of 2000, to create a whole and healthy family. My son was escorted to one of the WWASP facilities, a behavioral modification school. We all worked our programs through the various seminars and came back together as a blended family with many acquired working tools. I have been an active member of the Portland, Oregon local support group since 2001, as well as a member of RR Network, ICF and Dream Circle. I support my health by being very involved in activities like: motorcycling, running, marathon, yoga, pilates, weightlifting, meditation, skiing and snowshoeing.

My interest in participating on the Resource Network Committee is: To be involved in the development which offers members a place to gather sources and have the latest information at their finger tips. I will support the committee in what it takes to have continued success.
A bit about me, I have been working in a family business for the past 28 years. I have worked to define a balance of identifying the personal aspects and business as separate ----- The challenge to maintain the beliefs of which I stand for. I have balanced my work with raising 3 children, as a single parent. This is the journey I choose for my desire to improve myself and be a contributor to life. I am a Reiki Practitioner, an educator of Special needs awareness to children K-5, a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, a graduate of the premier Education Seminars an Elder to many Keys Families and a Certified Performance Coach.
My specialty is working with families and children as well as adults of special needs. I have much experience in running a small family business also.

Background: I am a Native of Miami, Florida. I am a graduate of the Unverisity of Miami; Photojournalism/Fine Arts. I am a professional photographer and an artist. I chose a career change in 2004, when my daughter chose a path of distruction and was placed in a program school for teens at risk. Both of us are in a great transformation of change and we ain't lookin back!

Scott Simpson, C.P.C. is from Kamas, Utah. He has spent most of his life working on his families Quarter Horse Ranch, now he has taken on a new direction of possibilities, doing the things he dreams about. All of the RR and Premier programs have had a tremendous effect on living his life; it is one of purpose and vision now.
His purpose is to provide a Newsblast full of clarity on RR programs and graduate information, head up the Promo Committee to bring forth a variety of educational materials for Coaches and to provide promotional materials for RR programs.

Background: My journey began three years ago as a student client for a student coach of Quantum Coaching Academy class of 2004. After the wonderful and powerful breakdown/breakthrough experiences I had as a student client, I choose to attend the Premier and Resource Realizations seminars. – I have graduated from Discovery, Focus, Keys – (Effective Communications and Addiction Awareness). My work experience for the last twenty-five years has been in the Marketing and Purchasing disciplines. Presently I am a Materials Buyer in the health care industry.
Education: I am graduate of the Bay Area Leadership Program (December 2005), and I am a Certified NLP Practitioner (June 2006). The journey continues for me – I am currently attending the Quantum Coaching Academy 2006-2007.

My coaching is focused on families as well as individuals. I am very passionate about working with families, especially young families, who desire to have a strong family, grounded in clearly defined values, and who support each other as individuals and together create their unique family unit.
Background: My personal journey over the last 5 years began with the enrollment of my oldest son at Carolina Springs Academy, a specialty program school. Over the next 2 years, my family and I learned to break habits and behaviors that were destroying our family and we learned what it was to work together to enhance each of our experiences in re-creating the Carter family. So often, through those 2 years, I would reflect back and ask myself “Why didn’t someone step forward and assist us in seeing what we weren’t seeing? What stopped them from taking a stand for us?” I have completed all of the Premier Education Seminars, graduated the inaugural Leadership Program, received my certification as a Performance Coach from the Quantum Coaching Academy in June, 2006, and will also be certified as a Family Coach in December, 2006.

She has served on the Education Committee since its inception. She is delighted to be chairing the scholarship committee this year and looks forward to continuing the growth of the Scholarship fund. I am currently enrolled in the 2007-2008 Coaching Academy.
I live in Baton Rouge, LA and own a commercial sign shop there. We do everything from vehicle wraps to channel letters to banners and political signs. I have a fishing camp in Venice, La and a hunting camp near Natchez, Ms. I love the outdoors and have grown up camping and hunting and fishing and continue to do so every chance that I get still today. One of the offshoots of my love for the outdoors is that I am involved with the Champion Boats saltwater pro team. Along with my best friend, Donnie, we run the pro team for them and attend boat shows to work with dealers to sell boats, fish and assist with tournaments, and offer support in customer service when we can.
I was introduced to the Premier program formally October 4,2006, when my oldest daughter was brought to Red River Academy. I have come to be aware of the ways in which my family was being in relationship that did not work and that I had as much to do with it as my daughters and my wife. Since sending my oldest daughter to the program, we have enrolled my youngest daughter into the same school. My wife and I have participated in the Keys seminars, I have staffed seminars both at the school and for adults. I love staffing and plan on continuing this activity. Not only do I get to be in service to others, I gain so much more clarity about who I BE by staffing. By the way my daughters are Jolie (17) and Toni (15) and my wife is Tonya (43) and I am 40. Premier has been a blessing for my family and myself. They have given us all another opportunity to create the lives that we want and deserve.
This is why I am going to become a life coach. I want to give back to others and make sure that I can effectively reach other individuals and change lives.
